Marilou & Jarett Engagement | Toledo, Ohio | Engagement Photographer
I woke up bright and early on a Saturday morning last fall super excited to drive 2.5 hours to take Marilou and Jarett's engagement pictures. I dragged my boyfriend out of bed to go with me and on our way we went. All I remember from the drive was all of the construction we had to go through, it was terrible. I'm sure you guys know how I feel. Once we finally found Wildwood Metropark, we thought we were in the complete wrong area. I got out of the car and looked at the map but I still didn't think we were in the right place. We drove around the parking lot and Marilou ended up seeing us and waving us down. Luckily we had described each others cars before we met.
It was a freezing cold fall day and the leaves were just starting to change. I had my winter coat, gloves, and a hat on and Marilou was in a dress and heels. As we wandered around this beautiful park, we kept finding all these awesome places to take pictures. There was a gazebo, a big tree with couples initials carved into it, a gorgeous historic home, and much more. The session ended up going a little long but I was okay with it. The couple was gorgeous, they were having fun and the scenery was perfect.
Marilou and Jarett are so goofy and can make each other laugh very easily. You can really tell how much they love each other.
